Beautiful week dinner !
This is delicious! I will prepare this evening for my partner. Thank you very much
I made this tonight. It was a little time consuming, but they were super good. Everyone liked them. My chicken wraps were not perfect. My chicken had holes from pounding it :(, I thought they would fall apart, but to my surprise they held together with the egg and breadcrumbs. I pretty much just brown them and finished them in the oven at 400 for about 16 min. Came out delicious!
Thank you so much!
Thank you for this comment! I wanted to ensure my chicken was cooked thoroughly so the finishing in the oven is a great idea.
Wow !! amazing , loved it !! Thanks for this lovely recipe
I wonder how much oil you used for frying–and how long?
Sounds absolutely delicious and I want to make it for dinner, just reducing the amount for two people. How much oil do you use? And how long do you fry the birds? Someone wrote she finished cooking in the oven…
