How to Make Halloween Banana Sushi Rolls

Three pair of Halloween Banana Sushi eyes.

Making this delicious snack for kids is super simple and easy. Spread a heaping Tablespoons of peanut butter over tortilla, then spread strawberry jelly over peanut butter. Peel banana and place on tortilla, then tightly roll it up and cut in one inch pieces. Secure each bite with a toothpick and garnish with candy eye on top.

Since these Banana Sushi rolls are intended to be Halloween food I wanted to make them look like spooky like monster eyes. Therefore, I used red strawberry jelly to make them look bloody and creepy. But you can use any jelly you like. Choose your favorite flavor combo with peanut butter and banana. Also, for filling you can use Nutella instead peanut butter and jelly.

These Banana Sushi Rolls are delicious snack for kids. Kids just love this kind of snack. You can make these rolls for snack after school any day, not just for Halloween. It will take just a few minutes to make them and kids will be thrilled.
