Are you trying to eat healthy, but longing for something sweet? This Raspberry and Peach Smoothie recipe is made from fresh fruit (so you can maintain your clean eating), honey and Greek yogurt. What better way to start off your busy day, than with this delicious, healthy smoothie?

Peach and Raspberry Smoothie

Easy 3 Ingredient Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Yesterday I remembered the good old times, when the smell of baked dough was spreading through my kitchen, and warm chocolate was melting for my delicious chocolate cake :). Yes, although all of my prognoses were that my husband’s diet would not last more than 10 days, our skinny agony is going through it’s third week.

Maybe you remember how, the last time, with the fast Snickerdoodle Poppers, I managed to trick my husband to the fullest, but this time, I had to skip the any dessert adventure. Simply, my husband, wants something sweet, but low fat. Doesn’t that sound like “mission impossible”?

Well, when things are like this, he will get what he was looking for – fruit! Well, he deserved at least a tasty smoothie!

Ok, let’s take a look around the kitchen and see what fruit we have. Fresh raspberries and a couple delicious  peaches. Well, that means nothing else than: Raspberry and Peach Smoothie !!!

And if you have never made a smoothie (although I really doubt that) the best thing is that for preparation, you really don’t need more than 5 minutes and a little imagination. As for me, my raspberry and peach smoothie has only three ingredients: fruit, Greek yoghurt and honey.

Peach and Raspberry Smoothie

Simplest Raspberry and Peach Smoothie

Hmmmm, 5 minutes is not really a challenge for someone who likes to play around in the kitchen. Well, ok, in order to have at least a little fun, I decided to make one mixed smoothie and see what I will get. And so, in front of us is my two layer Raspberry and Peach Smoothie . The only thing you need to enjoy these two flavors one at a time is a beautiful colored straw and you can begin your fruit refreshment. Enjoy!!!

I would like to make this, as it looks really good, but I would like to know how many

Thanks

[…] Peach Cobbler, Peach Dumplings, Fresh Peach Delight and Simple Peach Cake. Of course I had to make Peach Smoothie too, because like I said I love peaches . Every dessert that include peaches simply must be tested […]
