Description

Chocolate Nutella Frosting is rich, sweet, and totally delicious. This tasty chocolate frosting recipe is made with cream cheese, chocolate, and of course, Nutella. For any dessert from cupcakes to brownies, this easy frosting is the perfect finishing touch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 8 oz semisweet baking chocolate
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt 8 oz chocolate and let it cool to a room temperature.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy, then add cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Add vanilla, salt, cocoa, Nutella and melted chocolate and mix it well to combine evenly.
  4. Set the frosting in the fridge for 15 minutes to set, then frost the cake or cupcakes.
